These terms define what trevazo is, what it is not, and what both sides can expect. They are short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.
trevazo is an educational AI-agents platform for personal financial literacy. It provides explanations, read-only spending insights, learning paths and goal planning. Content produced by the agents is educational information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
trevazo is not a bank, not an investment or trading service, not a broker and not an advisor. It does not custody funds, does not execute transactions and never promises returns of any kind. Decisions about your money remain entirely yours and are made outside the platform.
You provide accurate information when signing up, keep your access credentials private and use the platform lawfully. Early access is free; any change to that will be announced clearly and in advance, and leaving is always free and takes your data with you.
You may not misuse the platform: no attempts to breach security, no scraping at scale, no presenting agent output as professional advice to third parties. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, with notice where possible.
We work hard to keep trevazo accurate and available, but the platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, trevazo is not liable for decisions you make with your money — that responsibility, by design, stays with you.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here and, for material changes, active users will be notified in advance. Continuing to use trevazo after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can export your data and leave.
