Privacy policy
This policy is written to be read. It covers what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. The short version: connections are read-only, data is never sold, and deletion is a request, not a negotiation.
Applies to the trevazo platform, web and mobile app.
Details you give us directly (name, email, messages via the contact form) and, if you choose to connect an account, read-only transaction data used solely to generate your insights and learning path. We do not collect credentials, we run no advertising trackers, and we buy no data from third parties.
Data is used to run the agents: mapping spending patterns, drafting budgets, adapting lessons and answering your questions. Contact-form messages are stored locally and used only to reply. We never sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Any financial-data connection offered by trevazo is read-only. The platform may analyse patterns you choose to share, but it cannot initiate payments, move money or change an account. The connection flow explains what is shared before you consent.
We keep personal data only while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations or answer a request. You can ask to access, export or delete the data you have provided through the contact page. Deletion requests are completed subject to any retention duty that applies.
As an EU-based team, we support applicable GDPR rights, including access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. Make a privacy request through the contact page and a person on the team will review it.
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the data and limit internal access to people who need it for their work. If an incident requires notice under applicable law, affected people and authorities will be informed as required.
